Download the Universal App. This gives you wait times for rides, closures, directions. It’s also how you order food at every restaurant (except the butterbeer food carts). If you’re in a group, have each parent download the app - to order food for their own kids and to coordinate rides. Sometimes there is a wait for a table, but you can order food to-go if you don’t want a table. Parking is easy, the garages split the difference between the park and you walk thru the “city” then to either Universal or Islands. You must have Park-to-Park tickets to ride the train between Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Otherwise, it’s an hour walk between them (not advised). Diagon Alley is Universal Studios, Hogsmeade & Hogwarts are Islands of Adventure.  Fireworks are (some) nights at Hogwarts. Diagon Alley in Universal- I’d go here first. Get “first time” butt...
